Ready-to-Wear & Apparel

Our priority has always been to 'Do the right job at the right time and get it right the first time.' Following this principle, we start by carefully selecting the models to be produced through accurate planning and sourcing. This allows us to choose the finest cotton, enabling the longest fiber and the smoothest dyeing process. The quality of the fabric is paramount in achieving the most even dyeing. This chain constitutes the starting point for customer satisfaction. Producing the highest quality, taking pride in the products we create, and having a passion for our work are the keys to success.

The process begins with product design and continues with planning and procurement. To transition the products designed by our graphic designers and design experts in the design department to the model stage, it is sufficient for them to process the data through the integrated network system. Afterwards, the process is initiated by our Planning Engineers with pre-production planning, and procurement processes are put into operation. Yarn procurement, knitting, and dyeing processes are meticulously carried out to ensure the shipment of fabrics with the desired specifications to our facility. Upon arrival at the facility, the fabrics undergo checks for color, weight, touch, as well as compliance with internationally recognized quality standards such as shrinkage and colorfastness.

Fabric batches approved for production line are delivered to the cutting process after adjusting tension and tensioning on automatic fabric spreading machines. Our facility is equipped with 6 air cutting tables measuring 28 meters in length and 2 fully automatic Cutting Robots. An average of 50,000 products are cut daily. After the cutting process, the products are 100% sorted, labeled, and sent to the sewing, ironing, and packaging lines.

Our production lines at our facility have an annual total capacity of 40,000,000 minutes. Our products, produced according to AQL 1.5, AQL 2.5, and AQL 4.0 standards based on customer demand, are 100% of Turkish origin. We use natural, clean, and pure 100% Combed Cotton yarns from the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. When necessary, we also produce from Polyester, Viscose, Linen, and recycled yarns, and our OCS and RCS certifications have been completed.

We dye our fabrics with dyeing materials that do not contain AZO and FORMALDEHYDE in environmentally conscious, nature-oriented, sustainable policy-oriented dye houses with treatment plants certified by OEKO-TEX, which have a conscious approach to the environment.
