Wages and Social Rights Policy
Our basic philosophy is to apply "equal pay for equal work policy". We ensure the justice and equality with the scale of fees determine as a consequence of job appraisal in compliance with the degrees of the duties. We introduce an increase in wages according to the positions and performances of each employee who have worked one year. We provide services and catering services to all our employees in our work areas. We also provide appropriate social benefits / benefits to the protected groups (pregnant women, persons with disabilities, etc.).
Training and Development Policy
Our goal is to create and implement training plans and programs according to the results of the needs analysis and performance evaluation system for the career and social development of our employees. We intend to develop the management system with the "Executive Development Program”.
Performance Evaluation Policy
Our basic policy is to maintain continuous improvement by measuring the productivity and performance of our employees with objective criteria and tools. We utilize 2 separate performance appraisal systems such as being Goal-Oriented and Competency-Based. All employees are undergone a Competency-Oriented Performance Appraisal System as 90 degree. While carrying out the Target-Oriented Performance Appraisal System for the executives and affiliated employees, the Board of Directors, at the beginning of each year, determines specific, measurable, achievable, result-oriented and time-restricted (SMART) targets separately for each executive in line with the Company targets; such targets are monitored on a monthly basis and those who achieve their goals are rewarded. Our employees, together with the Human Resources Department and their superiors, personally define, plan and direct their career goals.
Employee Motivation Policy
We are developing practices and activities prioritizing satisfaction, motivation, loyalty and peace of mind in line with the principle to maintain the balance between the work and private life of our employees. We have also practices attaching priority to planning and arranging communication meetings and organizations as well as Social, cultural and athletic activities. In addition, We organize and implement athletic tournaments, excursions etc., where our employees can actively take place in, in order to improve communication and cooperation and to establish harmony between employees.
